In-Site Concrete Maturity Measurement (ASTM C 1074)

East Environmental personnel are certified and experienced in the IntelliRock Concrete Maturity Measurement Process. This process is the most technically advanced and the most widely adopted maturity method system for profiling temperature and estimating the strength of placed concrete. Its key attributes are:

  • Accurate strength form placed concrete for improved quality control and safety.
  • Real-time, on-site information to optimize workflow, reduce construction time and cost.
  • Rugged, long lasting components that hold information permanently in cold weather and conditions of significant temperature swings.

East Environmental Group, Inc. offers a comprehensive program of Biological Testing, Certification and Preventive Maintenance services for Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar Flow Units and Fume Hoods.

Certification:

  • Biological Safety Cabinets are tested to NSF 49-2004 standards
  • Laminar Flow Units are tested to the protocol outlined in IEST-Recommended Practice-CC-002-86
  • Fume Hoods are tested to ANSI/AIHA standards
  • Certification and test equipment is NIST Traceable and calibrated annually to manufacturers’ standards
  • Certifications performed by a qualified engineer
  • Detailed test report of procedures, measurements and adjustments including recommendations for extending the life of the cabinet components and insuring the highest integrity of product/material tests. Results of tests will be clearly communicated with the cabinet user.

Preventive Maintenance and Service:

  • Equipment inventory including location, serial number and documentation of chemicals or other materials used within the cabinet
  • Recommended service to avoid failures and unplanned shut-downs
  • Emergency Maintenance Service
  • Detailed report of service visits outside of certification testing
  • Evaluation of recurring problems and the best economic long term solution
  • Ordering, receiving and installation of replacement parts. Full disclosure of all related costs is presented, and approval received, prior to conducting any activity.
